Privacy policy

From this website: your WhatsApp number (if you submit the waitlist form), your name and email if you choose to share them, basic browser metadata (user agent, referrer URL).

Inside the app (after launch): the text transcript of what you say while recording your shop (audio is processed on your device and never uploaded), your shop details, photos you upload, and basic device metadata such as OS version and app version.

We use your information to build and update your shop website, notify you about your shop, respond to questions you send us, and tell you when the app is ready to launch. We never sell your data to anyone.

Two service providers help us operate VoiceStores:

• Supabase — hosts our database and your uploaded photos. supabase.com/privacy
• Google Gemini — converts your voice transcript into shop details and generates your website. ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms

That's everyone. We don't use ad networks, analytics platforms, or any other third party.

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Email hello@voicestores.in and we'll handle it within 14 days.

VoiceStores is intended for adults running a business. Don't use it under 18.

If we change this policy in any material way, we'll let you know on WhatsApp (if you've shared a number with us) or by email. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
